Our aim
We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a full refund. Transit damages must be notified within 48 hours.
General
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
If we have made a mistake well also refund the delivery charge.
We will notify you as soon as your refund/replacement has been issued to you. This will be within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
How do I return something to Hitlines UK/Traders club UK ?
If for any reason you want to return an item, just follow these simple steps - its easy.
Call 01689 843978 and indicate that you wish to return the item(s)
Send item to Hitlines uk ltd, unit 6, addington buisness centre, vulcan way, new addington, croydon, cro 9ug
After receiving the item we will refund the amount.
If we have made an error with your delivery please call our customer services department on 01689 843978or e-mail us on info@hitlinesuk.com and we will organise for your parcel to be collected and a replacement or refund processed.
Not happy?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your Goods you can return any item in its original condition and packaging, for any reason within 14 days of receipt of the Goods and we will either replace them or give you a full refund. Transit damages must be reported within 48 hours for refund.
